Ross Bolen

William “Ross” Bolen is the 34-year-old founder of Bolen Media. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Ross graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Journalism in 2010 before moving to Austin to start his media career. He wrote a New York Times bestselling book at 23 years old, got married a few years after that, and spent the first 7 years of his career growing someone else’s company.

Since then, he has quit drinking (4 years dry), started his own company, achieved divorce, gotten remarried, lost 60 pounds, launched several new media brands, and begun surrounding himself with talented, compassionate people to take Bolen Media to the moon. Ross is obsessed with his two dogs, Bruce and Bella, Houston sports, technology, psychology, and mental health. Having dealt with panic disorder for over a decade as well as struggled with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, and depression, Ross finds purpose in bringing peace to others by letting them know they are not alone.

Ross is the host of The Ross Bolen Podcast, Oysters, Clams & Cockles, and Banging The Can and co-host of Freeze All Motor Functions.

Jared Borislow

Jared Borislow — otherwise known as “J-Bone” — is back in the full-time content game after a brief stint in the real world. He’s a native Floridian, a semi-professional disc-golfer, an avid Formula 1 fan, and an unapologetic watcher of the TV show Burn Notice who only buys clothes offered at a steep discount.

You can find J-Bone drinking domestic macro-brews while trying to explain how his Wisconsin Badgers would’ve won March Madness back in 2015 if it weren’t for the refs.

Jared is the host of Formula Bone and Freeze All Motor Functions and co-host of The Ross Bolen Podcast.

Barrett Dudley

Barrett Dudley is a University of Texas graduate who fell in love with the city of Austin and found a way to never leave. Over the last decade, Barrett has worked full-time in the men's fashion industry where he now lends his expertise to Austin-based lifestyle brand Howler Brothers. Style serves as one of two twin pillars in Barrett's life; the other: Pop culture. Between sports, entertainment, television, and film, the guy spends almost all of his free time creating and consuming content within those worlds.

With the ability to both critically analyze prestige fare as well as mindlessly enjoy low-brow schlock, Barrett's unique strengths lie in his range and diversity of thought. As co-host of Bolen Media's TV & Entertainment podcast, Oysters, Clams & Cockles, Barrett is as likely to rave about the latest installment of The Fast & The Furious franchise as he is to wax poetically about the character subtext and thematic through lines of The Sopranos.
